Chestertons has made two senior appointments across its Knightsbridge and Kensington sales offices, strengthening leadership in two of London’s most competitive residential markets.
Ian Barrett has been appointed to lead Chestertons’ Knightsbridge Sales office, following a strong performance heading up the firm’s Kensington sales team since joining the business in 2023.
During his time in Kensington, Barrett delivered consistently strong results while building and developing high-performing teams. His experience and commercial insight into the London property market position him well to take on leadership of the Knightsbridge office.
Dominic Baldwin (main picture) has been promoted to manage the Kensington Sales office following Barrett’s move. Baldwin joined Chestertons in 2024 as associate director and played a key role in the office’s recent success through strong sales performance and client service.
DRIVING PERFORMANCE

Ian Barrett says: “I’m delighted to take on the leadership of our Knightsbridge Sales office. Chestertons has always invested in nurturing talent and building strong teams, and I’m excited to continue driving performance while delivering the exceptional service the company is known for.”
Dominic Baldwin says: “I’m thrilled to take on this new challenge at Kensington. It’s an exciting opportunity to continue supporting our talented team and helping the office thrive in this fantastic market.”
Chestertons said the appointments underline its ongoing commitment to internal progression, supported by structured training, mentoring and long-term career development across the business.
