Chestertons has promoted two long-serving team members into senior sales leadership roles, reinforcing its commitment to internal progression across its London network.
Jon Chevalier has been appointed to lead the agency’s Westminster sales office, following a steady rise through the business since joining Chestertons in 2021.
He previously worked as a negotiator across both the Westminster and Knightsbridge offices, building detailed local market knowledge and experience in some of the capital’s most competitive locations.
Chestertons said Chevalier’s background across multiple prime London markets positions him well to drive team performance in Westminster while continuing to deliver high standards of client service.
NOTTING HILL
The agency has also appointed Pavol Miksa to head up its Notting Hill sales office, marking the latest step in a career spanning more than 17 years with the business.
Miksa joined Chestertons in 2009 at its Westminster office and was promoted to Sales Director in 2015, where he delivered consistently strong results and developed a reputation for effective leadership.
IN-HOUSE TALENT
Chestertons said both appointments reflect its long-term strategy of developing in-house talent, encouraging internal mobility and giving staff opportunities to gain experience across different markets as part of their career progression.
Jon Chevalier (main picture, right) says: “I’m delighted to take on this role at Westminster. Having progressed through different markets at Chestertons, I’m ready to apply my experience to support the team and deliver outstanding results for our clients.”
Pavol Miksa (main picture, left), adds: “It’s an honour to lead our Notting Hill sales team. Chestertons has given me incredible opportunities over the years, and I’m looking forward to helping our team continue to succeed and ensuring our clients receive the very best support and guidance.”
