Chase Buchanan has strengthened its West London footprint with the acquisition of R Whitley & Co, a long-established, family-run estate agency that has served the West Drayton market for more than 85 years.
The deal, completed in November 2025, brings an end to three generations of Whitley family ownership at the business, which was founded in 1938 by Ronald Whitley and has built a strong local reputation across sales, lettings and property management.
R Whitley & Co’s operations will now be fully integrated into Chase Buchanan’s West London network, which already spans Isleworth, Twickenham, Richmond, Teddington, St Margarets and Hampton Hill, extending the group’s reach further west into a key commuter market.
Following the transition, Richard, Christopher and Paul Whitley have stepped away from the business, marking the close of a significant chapter for the firm.
