Charters expands with new Fleet branch

Charters has officially opened a new lettings and estate agency branch in Fleet, Hampshire, strengthening its network to 16 offices across the South of England.

The move extends Charters’ reach in the region and brings the Fleet office into a wider collaborative network, working alongside local sister brand Prospect Estate Agents and the Lomond group.
Through Lomond, Fleet properties gain exposure to a broader London and international audience via brands including Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) and Chase Evans.

The new office will also house Charters’ third Property Relationship Management Hub, providing landlords and tenants with dedicated, locally focused support backed by regional expertise.

Jasper Brown, Branch Partner at Charters, said: “Our team has extensive knowledge of the Fleet market. Our deep local connection, combined with our 16-office network, allows us to provide a level of visibility and bespoke service that is truly unparalleled.

“We aren’t just opening an office here; we are investing in the community.”

Charters said its commitment to the communities it serves goes beyond property. Since launching in 2009, the firm has donated £1m to charitable causes across the region.

The lettings team will support landlords through the changing regulatory environment, including guidance on the Renters’ Rights Act, alongside access to Charters’ digital platform, which provides a 24/7 portal for compliance documentation, invoicing and referencing.

PEACE OF MIND

Maddie Buley, Lettings Manager, says: “The rental market is undergoing significant changes this year with the Renters’ Rights Act, and many landlords are understandably seeking clarity.

“My team and I are here to provide that peace of mind. We pride ourselves on being more than just Lettings agents; we are property partners. We are thrilled to be on hand to help Fleet landlords navigate these new regulations while ensuring they find the very best tenants for their homes.”

For sellers, Charters offers bespoke marketing strategies aimed at achieving strong valuations, supported by in-house sales progressors to manage transactions through to completion.

The firm said its expansion into Fleet builds on a strong reputation, supported by more than 7,000 verified reviews across Google and Trustpilot, combining local market knowledge with wider regional and London reach.
