Centrick has launched a dedicated centre of excellence in the West Midlands as the property specialist ramps up its investment in training and development.
The Birmingham-based academy (main picture) will promote excellence in the building and estate management sector as part of its £1 million investment in people and technology.

“Now we’re combining that with a physical space that takes immersive learning to a new level – we will be at the forefront of sharing the very latest knowledge and expertise.”
As well as core safety, compliance, operational and property management training and support for professional qualifications including IRPM, RICS, Propertymark and AAT, the academy will also deliver management, leadership and softer skills training.
