The Fine & Country Foundation will once again fill King’s College Chapel with candlelight, carols and community spirit this December, as its annual festive concert returns on Sunday 7 December 2025.
The event has become a mainstay of the Cambridge Christmas calendar – part musical celebration, part philanthropic powerhouse – raising vital funds for homelessness charities across the region.
Set beneath the soaring fan vaults of one of the most recognisable chapels in the world, the evening blends tradition with purpose.
Each year, the Foundation brings together local residents, property professionals and supporters to back grassroots organisations working at the sharpest end of the housing crisis.
FRONTLINE SERVICES
Proceeds from the 2025 concert will support four Cambridgeshire charities: Emmaus Cambridge, Jimmy’s Cambridge, Wintercomfort and Cambridge Cyrenians, all of which provide essential frontline services for people experiencing homelessness.
Every ticket sold makes a direct contribution to their work.
Performances will come from King’s Voices – the college’s mixed-voice choir – whose seasonal repertoire is set to fill the chapel with the kind of rich, atmospheric sound that has made this concert a firm favourite.
Doors open at 3:45pm, with the service beginning at 4:30pm. VIP guests will join a post-concert reception featuring mulled wine and mince pies.
Emilie Despois, trustee of the Fine & Country Foundation, says the concert has become one of its most powerful fundraising moments of the year with its ability to “bring together people who believe in community and the importance of giving back”.
Tickets are now on sale and typically sell out fast.
Standard tickets cost £30, with a limited number of £20 pew seats available (unsighted, beneath the choir).
VIP tickets, priced at £50, include priority seating and access to the festive reception.
