BNS Real Estate chooses Alto to power rapid growth

London-based agency BNS Real Estate has become the latest agent to select Alto to manage its fast-growing portfolio and deliver a more seamless experience for landlords and tenants.

Earlier this month Property Soup revealed how newly launched estate agency Ashford & Moult has chosen Alto as its technology partner after trialling rivals and finding them “confusing, clunky, and missing the basics”.

While back in July we reported how GetAgent Exchange had announced a major integration with leading estate agency CRM, significantly expanding the reach of its out-of-area lead referral platform

Now BNS Real Estate, a London-based agency, is the latest to adopt Alto to oversee its rapidly expanding portfolio and enhance the experience for both landlords and tenants.

BIGGEST MIDDLE EASTERN AGENCY IN LONDON

Founded just four years ago, BNS Real Estate has grown from managing two apartments to overseeing more than 50 prime properties, making it the biggest Middle Eastern agency in London.

Mohamad Abadi, Property Manager at BNS Real Estate, says: “From the start, our mission was to make the property process easy and transparent for our clients.

“Word of mouth has fuelled our growth, but managing that growth with spreadsheets and manual updates quickly became impossible. We needed everything in one place and Alto was the clear answer.”

EFFICIENT AND COLLABORATIVE

And he adds: “Now, instead of manually sharing updates across the team, we can log maintenance issues, add notes, and track progress in real time.

“It’s transformed how we work and made our operations far more efficient and collaborative.”
