BNP Paribas Real Estate and Strutt & Parker have announced 95 promotions across their UK business effective from 1 March 2026, reflecting the strength and depth of talent across the combined brands.
The promotions span a broad range of disciplines, geographies and specialisms across the UK, highlighting the firms’ ongoing investment in their workforce as the business continues to expand its advisory services across commercial, residential and rural property sectors.
Senior promotions include six appointments to Senior Director level and a further group of promotions to Director level across a number of offices, including London, Birmingham, Oxford, Chelmsford, Exeter, Perth, Edinburgh and Inverness.
In total, 77 of the promotions fall between Senior Administrator and Senior Associate Director level, underlining the scale of internal progression across the wider organisation.
