eXp UK has signed Benjamin Stevens Estate Agents with the long-established North West London firm moving its entire business onto the platform.
Benjamin Stevens has now transferred its full residential sales and commercial operations to eXp UK, going live yesterday Monday 5 January.
The move represents a full transition to eXp’s Team model and signals growing uptake among established multi-branch, multi-service agencies.
Founded in 2004 by Steven Wayne, Benjamin Stevens has expanded from its original Edgware base into Bushey and surrounding areas, while also developing a block management division and partner agent hub model spanning London, Greater London and nearby regions.
