Belvoir, one of the UK’s largest lettings and estate agency franchises, has rolled out a single digital operations hub across its nationwide network in a move designed to cut compliance risks, speed up training and reduce the administrative burden on franchisees.
The group, which operates more than 170 offices under five brands, has deployed Claromentis, a franchise management platform that consolidates communications, policy updates, training and document sharing into one governed system.
The bespoke Belvoir portal, branded Fransys, replaces a patchwork of email updates, third-party training providers and outdated file-sharing systems.
Before the launch, franchisees relied on mass email distribution for critical information. Important compliance notices were often lost in inboxes or sent to the wrong region, while documents were duplicated across brands and training outsourced to external providers.
DIGITAL WORKPLACE

Nigel Davies, Chief Executive of Claromentis, says: “Belvoir runs a fast-moving, multi-brand network. With ‘Fransys’, they’ve replaced one-too-many email blasts and scattered file shares with a governed digital workspace that delivers the right update, the right document, and the right course to every office.
“That blend of targeted communications, centralised document control, and in-house learning is exactly what Claromentis was built for: turning complexity into clarity so teams can move faster and stay compliant.”
The new platform provides franchisees with tailored access to regulatory updates, secure document libraries and trackable in-house e-learning. It also allows Belvoir’s head office to publish updates instantly, run surveys and gather targeted feedback from branches.
PART OF THE VOCAB

Charlotte Hurrell, Group Services Manager at Belvoir, says adoption had been rapid: “It’s so easy to use – even those who aren’t particularly tech-savvy have embraced it.
“Each team manages their own content, so no one person is solely responsible. ‘Fransys’ is probably used as much as Google now; it’s become part of the vocabulary across the group.”
She adds that the impact on daily operations had been immediate: “Our franchisees have all the information they need at their fingertips. They don’t have to wait for an email response, and our teams no longer field endless calls asking, ‘Where, what, how?’ Compliance is easier to track, training is accessible and communication is seamless.”
For Belvoir, the overhaul brings greater consistency across its network and helps franchisees focus on winning instructions and serving clients rather than chasing paperwork. For Claromentis, the project underscores how digital consolidation is reshaping franchise management across the property sector.
