Belvoir has completed the resale of its Ipswich office to Robert Price, an existing franchise owner who already runs Belvoir branches in Cambridge and Huntingdon.
The deal gives Price (main picture) his third Belvoir territory and underlines growing confidence in the East of England market.
The Ipswich office has been acquired as a resale, with its existing premises and staff retained to ensure continuity for landlords, tenants and buyers.
Price says the timing was right for expansion after consolidating his other operations. And he adds that the Ipswich branch’s established sales team would support his wider strategy to grow transactions across all three offices.
