London lettings agency base property specialists is marking its 20th anniversary with the launch of a video-first website.
The agency, founded in 2004 by An Deckers (main picture, right) and Kristjan Byfield (main picture, left), has scooped over 30 industry awards in the past two decades.
Byfield says: “We’re driven by a desire to offer our customers what they really want, not just what the industry deems standard.
“Our new website is another step in this direction, breaking away from the typical agency templates and embracing a video first strategy that truly showcases the personality of our business and brand.
Deckers adds: “In an era where digital content is king we’ve come up with a refreshing and innovative video-led website. We hope the emphasis on our community and clients stand out by the personal stories told.”
The new website, built using the Webflow platform, features a range of content produced in collaboration with PSV Media offering owners and residents a more engaging and immersive experience.
As well as being video-first the website also uses what Byfield describes as industry challenging language, using terms like ‘residents’ and ‘owners’ rather than ‘tenants’ and ‘landlords’. Its also avoided traditional property search and auto valuation features and instead opted to focus on service, culture and track record of the business.
