Barons Pub Company has added a new gem to its portfolio with the acquisition of The Curious Pig in the Parlour, a pub located in Crawley, Sussex.
The purchase, completed as part of a multi-million-pound deal brokered by Sirius Finance, also included a strategic financial restructuring of the group’s operations.
The Curious Pig in the Parlour reopened its doors on November 29, offering guests a delightful experience with 12 ensuite bedrooms and an enhanced food and drink menu. Situated in an affluent area near Gatwick Airport, the pub is perfectly positioned to attract both local and international visitors.
Chris Field, Head of Care and Hospitality at Sirius Finance, highlights the growing demand from independent pub operators eager to expand their portfolios.
SIGNIFICANT UPTICK
