Avocado Property Agents has passed more than 2,000 completed property sales since launching in 2020 – marking a major milestone in what the firm describes as a standout year of growth.
The brokerage confirmed that it moved through the 2,000-sales mark in September and has now completed around 2,150 transactions. Avocado said it has also been named among the top five fastest-growing estate agency brands in 2025.
Despite ongoing market uncertainty, the firm reported continued momentum during the year, including in November, traditionally a challenging month for activity, when sales agreed reached the equivalent of 113% of available stock.
Avocado’s partner network has continued to expand, with more than 40 estate agents now operating under the brand. Further partners are signed and preparing to launch across several regions, including the Norfolk Coast, Oxfordshire, Basingstoke, Wiltshire and the West of England.
AWARD WINNING
The business has also secured its third consecutive national award win for its operating model, being named Best New Model Agency in 2023, 2024 and 2025. Avocado said it is the first agency to win the same category three years in a row.
Commercial performance among individual partners has also hit new highs during 2025. The firm said several partners are on track to exceed previous annual records, including two solo agents expected to generate more than £250,000 each while operating independently without a physical office.
Looking ahead, Avocado has confirmed that founder Ian Macbeth (main picture) will take on a fundraising challenge at the 2026 London Marathon, where he has been approved by Guinness World Records to attempt to become the fastest male marathon runner wearing an inflatable emoji costume.
EXCITING TIMES
Macbeth says: “2025 has been a huge year for us. Hitting 2,000 completed sales since launch is a proud moment, but what matters most is what sits behind it – great agents, great service and a model that lets people build serious businesses without needing to be tied to an office.
“To win Best New Model Agency three years in a row is a real honour, and I’m excited about what comes next as we head into 2026.”
