Sales progression specialist ASAP has unveiled a new “innovation” aimed at solving one of the property market’s most persistent problems: painfully slow communication.
Dubbed the “Voice Accelerator”, the tool claims to compress long, repetitive update calls between agents, solicitors and buyers into instant, bite-sized summaries – cutting through the endless chasing that often stalls transactions.
Positioned as the ultimate shortcut to faster completions, the concept plays on a familiar industry frustration: too many calls, too much duplication and not enough progress.
ASAP says that the technology – pioneered by world renowned tech genius Flora Ipol – will streamline communication, reduce friction and keep deals moving by eliminating the need for repeated conversations across the transaction chain.
TIME WASTING

Richard Megson, Managing Director of ASAP, says: “The industry loses a huge amount of time to chasing updates and repeated conversations.
“Following extensive R&D, the Voice Accelerator is designed to remove that friction – improving the overall speed of transactions and maintaining momentum.”
While the idea of compressing often lengthy calls into seconds may sound appealing, the reality is that there is sadly no shortcut to faster transactions.
GAME CHANGING
Megson adds: “If only it were as simple as pressing a button. However, in today’s world successful sales progression relies on proactive, clear and non-repetitive communication, as well as strong relationships and consistent messaging and follow-up across all parties.
“And we can see at first-hand that when you get those components right it can be game changing.”
The launch is supported by a dramatic demonstration video showcasing how the tool could dramatically increase productivity across the sales progression process.
