Property management platform Arthur has announced a new integration with tenant referencing specialist Veyco designed to streamline tenant onboarding and compliance for letting agents and property managers.
The integration allows agents using Arthur to initiate tenant referencing directly from within the platform, removing the need to switch between multiple systems or rely on manual processes.
When a tenancy reaches the relevant stage in Arthur, key tenancy information is securely passed to Veyco, where the full referencing process is completed digitally.
Results are then returned to the Arthur system, giving agents clear visibility of the outcome.
FULL PRE-TENANCY COMPLIANCE
Veyco’s platform covers the full pre-tenancy compliance journey, including biometric identity verification, anti-money laundering (AML), politically exposed person (PEP) and sanctions screening, affordability checks using open banking, and employment and income verification.
Tenants complete the process digitally, with additional manual reviews undertaken by Veyco’s in-house team where necessary.
The companies say the integration will allow Arthur customers to manage tenant onboarding and compliance through a more connected workflow, helping to reduce administrative time, minimise duplicated data entry and improve consistency across teams.
FRAGMENTED AND TIME-CONSUMING

George Okoronkwo, Head of Partnerships at Arthur, says the partnership aims to simplify what can often be a fragmented stage of the lettings process.
He adds: “Tenant onboarding and referencing are critical stages in the tenancy journey, but they’re often fragmented and time-consuming. We chose to work with Veyco because we were impressed by the strength of their technology, and during pilot testing we even had a client completing their referencing in four minutes. Arthur strives to be at the forefront of the proptech space, and our integration with Veyco turns the tenancy management process into a best-in-class experience.”
REMOVING FRICTION

Edd Prosser Jones, Director at Veyco, says: “Arthur and Veyco together remove friction from tenant onboarding, enabling agents to complete referencing faster while maintaining strong compliance.”
The integration is available through the Arthur ecosystem and can be activated by customers wanting to offer a more streamlined tenant onboarding experience.
The partnership also forms part of Arthur’s wider strategy of expanding the platform through integrations aimed at improving efficiency for letting agents and property managers.
