Six out of 10 homes released at Angel Village – a £100m office-to-residential scheme in Islington – have sold within a month of launch with buyers dominated by domestic owner-occupiers and UK-based international students.
The 130-home development on City Road is being delivered by Bentry Capital and marketed by CBRE and Savills. A limited number of Phase 1 apartments were released in January ahead of a full sales launch this spring. Prices start from £575,000.
The scheme, Bentry’s flagship London project within its £500m portfolio, will provide one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments behind a gated entrance, with secure underground parking, concierge and private gardens. Phase 1 comprises 88 homes, with first completions expected in Q1 2027.
Bentry says all of the first wave of buyers are owner-occupiers, including British-based international students attending nearby universities. The development sits within walking distance of Angel station and close to several central London institutions.
