Alto unveils data tool to spot sellers before they list

Alto has launched a new prospecting tool designed to help estate and letting agents identify which properties and landlords are most likely to come to market before they are publicly listed.

The new feature, Alto Prospecting, is built directly into Alto’s existing all-in-one CRM platform and is powered by property data specialist Sprift.
It provides agents with real-time property intelligence, verified landlord records and whole-of-market insights across England and Wales.

The platform aims to replace traditional manual prospecting methods such as leaflet drops and cold calling, enabling agents to focus their efforts on owners and landlords statistically more likely to transact. The data used is GDPR- and MPS-compliant.

SALES AND LETTINGS

Alto Prospecting supports both sales and lettings teams – including dedicated landlord prospecting – and integrates automated outreach tools, branded direct mail campaigns and performance tracking dashboards within the CRM system.
