Alto sees a 20% increase in lettings transactions

Alto, the market-leading estate agency software and part of Houseful, has seen a 20% increase in lettings transactions passing through the software this year.

Lettings-focused improvements to Alto this year include the ability to book follow-up viewings via Alto on mobile – letting agents can now schedule a follow-up viewing on the go, both for the same property, or an entirely different one.

Improvements have also been mafe to tenancy reports which can now be filtered by property manager, providing better visibility to branch managers on their lettings team and the properties they manage.

It’s also now easier than ever to make payments via BACS enabling letting agents to pay suppliers in bulk, driving additional efficiencies and time savings.

EXPANDED OFFERING

Alto marketplace has also expanded its lettings offering and now has five integrations specifically focused on the needs of lettings agents (Fixflo, FCC Paragon, Goodlord and Vouch).

These partners offer a range of services including tenant onboarding, tenant referencing and tenant referencing.

This is alongside a range of additional partners that offer solutions to both sales and letting agents including AML provider Smartsearch.

In addition to this, Alto has partnered with Just Move In to offer Void Management, a free energy-switching service which automates the admin associated with managing energy accounts during void periods between tenancies.

Void Management is available to all Alto agents when a lettings property is vacant, and agents/landlords automatically get £15 credit applied to their energy account.

ENHANCED FUNCTIONALITY

Riccardo Dawson (main picture), Chief Operating Officer at Alto and Houseful, say: “It’s fantastic to see agents fully leveraging Alto’s enhanced lettings functionality.

“The increase in rental transactions processed through our software is a clear testament to its success.

“Letting agents should stay tuned for even more exciting product updates in the coming months, including significant improvements to reporting.”
