Alto, the CRM software for estate agents, has delivered its best-ever first half of the year – surpassing its previous high by 14% – and has followed it up with its second-strongest Q2 on record.
The company’s performance in H1 2025 includes a 22% increase in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) compared to the same period in 2024.
Alto puts the increase down to continued momentum and rising demand for its platform which is already trusted by over 6,000 agents.
It is claimed Alto is the most widely used CRM in the UK property sector.
STRONG GROWTH
Nick Shaw (main picture), Chief Revenue Officer at Alto, says: “This has been an outstanding first half.
“We’ve exceeded every previous benchmark for new business, brought more agents onto the platform than ever before, and seen strong growth across both deal volume and value.”
And he adds: “Agents are switching to Alto because it delivers measurable value. With over 100 product innovations rolled out in the past 12 months alone – including advanced lettings capabilities, AI-driven reporting, and new marketing features – Alto continues to evolve in step with our customers’ needs.
“We offer fast onboarding, no hidden fees, and long-term results – including an average of 40 hours saved per customer, per month. With benefits like these, it’s easy to see why for many agents, Alto has become the last CRM they’ll ever need.”
FASTER, SLICKER, EASIER

Among the many new customers to join Alto in 2025 is Mint Homes, an independent agency based in Kendal.
Helen Westwell, Owner and Director at Mint Homes, says: “Alto has transformed the way we work.
“Everything is faster, slicker, and easier – and the support has been outstanding. We’ve gained time, improved accuracy, and can now offer a better service to our landlords and tenants.”
