A new AI-powered platform has been launched to help estate and letting agents automate routine marketing tasks and maintain a consistent online presence.
Called Amplify, the platform has been developed by UK web design and digital marketing agency Art Division in response to the growing time pressures faced by agents balancing sales, lettings and compliance alongside brand-building activity.
The system is designed to automate the creation and distribution of marketing content, including website blogs, social media posts and branded email newsletters, all managed through a single integrated platform.
Amplify has been built exclusively for estate and letting agents whose websites are designed and hosted by Art Division, allowing the technology to operate directly within the agent’s existing website infrastructure.
ADD-ON PACKAGE
The platform functions as an add-on to Art Division’s website packages and is embedded within the site itself, enabling agents to manage marketing activity from one central location. It integrates with WordPress and links website publishing with social media and email marketing channels.
By monitoring activity such as new blog posts, property listings and customer reviews, Amplify automatically generates and distributes related marketing content without the need for manual input.
BLOG GENERATION
A key feature of the platform is AI-powered blog generation, enabling agents to create long-form, SEO-focused content tailored to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
The system also supports locally focused market updates, allowing agents to publish commentary specific to their patch.
Art Division says the platform differs from generic AI tools by operating entirely within the agent’s website environment.
MANAGE CONTACT DATA
Its integration with the site’s CMS and database allows it to detect changes and manage contact data without relying on external tools or manual prompts.
The system also uses a proprietary prompt framework developed specifically for the UK property market, designed to ensure content remains relevant, compliant and aligned with industry norms.
