Agency Express Links SignMaster3 with GlueDog

Agency Express has unveiled a new integration between its SignMaster3 board management platform and PropTech connectivity hub GlueDog.

The connection allows estate agents using CRM systems Apex27 and Street to manage property board movements directly from within their core software – eliminating the need to log in to multiple systems.
Through the GlueDog Chrome Extension, agents can now trigger new board installations, removals and updates automatically when a property’s status changes in their CRM – for example, when it goes live, under offer or sold.

Real-time data from Agency Express then feeds back into the CRM, giving agents full visibility of their on-street boards, stock levels and uncollected boards, while reducing administration and operational costs.

REDUCE LOSSES

Agency Express said the integration is designed to help agents save time and reduce losses from unmanaged or missing boards, a long-standing challenge for firms with large portfolios and high turnover.

Ben Brookes (main picture, right), Managing Director of Agency Express, says: “By integrating SignMaster3 with the GlueDog PropTech Integration Hub, we’re giving agents a smarter and more reliable way to manage their boards.

“Integration with CRMs is truly the next step in streamlining daily board management. It increases efficiency for all, reduces board loss and any unnecessary spend replacing lost stock.”

GlueDog’s Chrome Extension acts as the delivery mechanism, embedding supplier tools like SignMaster3 directly within the CRM interface so agents can operate entirely within their existing workflow.

CUT OUT ADMIN

Mark McCorrie (main picture, left), chief executive of GlueDog, adds: “GlueDog helps unify agency software and connect supplier tools directly inside the CRM.

“Thanks to our Chrome Extension, agents can manage everything from their familiar CRM interface – cutting out admin and giving instant access to supplier integrations like Agency Express.”
