GetAgent Exchange launches to help agents monetise out-of-area leads

GetAgent.co.uk has has launched GetAgent Exchange – a new platform enabling agents to monetise out-of-area applicant leads.

The fully automated process leverages GetAgent’s network of over 7,500 agent partners, providing a seamless way to maximise lead value.
With agents facing rising costs and increasing competition, GetAgent Exchange offers agents an additional revenue stream at no cost.

Integrated with Reapit’s CRM – and with plans to expand to Alto and Street.co.uk soon – GetAgent Exchange works seamlessly with the firm’s existing property data analysis, performance comparison tools and vendor referral expertise.

MONETISE LEADS

The Exchange allows agents to monetise leads they might have previously had to turn away, with no fees and earn 50% revenue share of the referral fee.

Meanwhile out-of-area leads are automatically identified using strict triggers and routed via Reapit’s CRM, requiring no additional effort.

The Exchange is also fully compliant with GDPR and data protection regulations.

Vendors are connected with multiple top-performing agents in their area, ensuring the best chance of success.

LARGEST REFERRAL NETWORK
